What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the practice of using plant oils, including essential oils, for psychological and physical well-being. Essential oils, the pure essence of a plant, have been found to provide both psychological and physical benefits when used correctly and safely. 

What is Flower Essence Therapy?
While many healing treatments focus on the physical aspects of healing, flower essence therapy addresses the emotional and spiritual levels. Healing is a multi-level process that encompasses the whole person, which includes the physical body, the emotions, mental outlook, attitudes and spiritual understanding.

What is Bio-Cellulose?
Bio-Cellulose is the material that Flora•py’s facial sheet is made from. It is a very unique substance that is made of 100% premium coconut. The texture is similar to a smooth, thin layer of gel. It is created through a process of fermenting the water from the coconut. This results in a special construction that is able to hold five times its weight of the Flora•py formula. This superior delivery system provides maximum hydration to skin and soothing aroma-floral therapy for the senses. Skin hydration levels increase considerably on average of 8-10%, after first use. 

Are the sheet masks vegan-friendly?
Yes, we love our animals therefore our sheet masks do not contain animal ingredients.

Is this product animal tested?
No, our product is not tested on animals.

When is the best time to use this product?
You may use the product, any time your skin desires. It’s best to use the mask when you have the time to relax and benefit from the full treatment of the aroma-floral therapy.

Can the sheet masks be refrigerated?
Yes, Florapy sheet masks can be refrigerated for an additional cooling benefit.

Can I re-use the sheet mask more than once?
No, it is recommended to only use once for the best results.

How do I apply the sheet mask?

  1. Cleanse your face with your normal cleansing routine. Be sure to apply mask to cleansed skin.
  2. Open packet, remove mask from pouch.
  3. Gently remove both protective sheets, from each side of mask.
  4. Place mask on face and adjust as needed. We suggest doing this in front of a mirror, so you can easily adjust the fit.
  5. Relax for 15-20 minutes.
  6. During this time enjoy the cooling and soothing effect on your skin.
  7. As you feel this sensation let yourself relax and gently breathe in the therapeutic benefits of the aroma-floral therapy.
  8. Think about how this makes you feel inside and out and let it further relax, calm and rejuvenate you.
  9. Remove mask and allow remaining formula to soak into skin.
  10. Enjoy the rest of your day.

How many times a week would you recommend using this product?
You can apply a fresh mask as often as you like, for best results we recommend 1-2 times a week.

What is the shelf life of this product?
18 months.

Does your sheet mask contain parabens?
Florapy sheet masks are paraben-free.

Are your sheet masks safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our masks contain natural non-harmful ingredients that are safe for sensitive skin.

What if I am not completely satisfied with my experience?
Please contact our customer service department if you are not completely satisfied with your floral therapy experience.

How and when will I be billed?
You can be billed for a one-time fee or may sign up to our monthly service and be billed monthly.

When can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel at any time. If you cancel just after your monthly subscription was shipped you will still be charged for that current month.

For any reason you are not completely satisfied with your floral therapy experience, please contact our customer service department. Any unused product(s) may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Exchanges can be made on any unused product(s) within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued if you are not completely satisfied with your floral therapy experience.
